Enamel Trinket Tray - Benson's Colour Hexagon

A decorative trinket dish made from enamel featuring artwork adapted from William Benson's Colour Hexagon. This hexagonal diagram explores the relationship between pairs of colours and their application in the decorative arts and was published in London in 1868.
